Our Policies & Practice Standards
Scheduling
Book your appointment online by choosing between 30-, 60- and 90-minute sessions to check availability. You can book as many sessions as you’d like. You will receive a confirmation email and sessions reminders. If you can’t find the days/times that work well for you…please text Libby and you’ll be notified if anyone cancels.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Certain that you’ll feel the benefits of your massage, AMS guarantees the work of our therapists. If you are not completely satisfied—and are able to provide specific reasons—then give us another chance! Schedule within three weeks and pay only 50% of the cost of your next session.
Running Late
If you’re running late, please call (513) 386-7199. Your session may need to remain in the initial time frame, or we may choose to reschedule.
Cancellations
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellation without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment may result in a fee. Appointments that are not cancelled are subject to full charge for the visit.
Appointments occasionally need to be cancelled or rescheduled, please use our booking site to make the necessary schedule change. If you are unable to make the change online, please call us at (513) 386-7199.
No Shows
If you received a reminder email and do not show, then you will be asked to pay the cost of your session.
Medical History
Advanced Massage Services require each client to complete a thorough medical history form prior to the start of his/her first session. A form will be emailed to you once the initial appointment is booked.
Diagnosis
As licensed massage therapists, we cannot state or suggest any diagnosis. Any questions regarding signs or symptoms are strictly asked to help determine proper protocol. Clients accept full responsibility for seeking medical advice and care as needed.
Intent of Session
The massage therapy provided by Advanced Massage Services is medical and holistic in nature; it is NOT intended to be sexual in any manner. Any display, or suggestion of inappropriate behavior, will cause the session to terminate immediately.
